Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days from date of receipt, with all original tags are attached.
All refunds will be processed in store credits.
All shipping, taxes and duties (if applicable) for the return will be borne by the customer.

How to return
- Email us your return request at hello@panteth.co
- Upon our reply and confirmation, label your item with your order number and have it securely packed into the same or similar packaging.
- Mail or drop off your item at 333 Kreta Ayer Rd #02-34 Singapore 080333.
- Registered postage is preferred. Buyer will not be compensated if the package is lost in transit.
- We will process the refund in store credits are receipt is confirmed.
What can be returned?
If you do not feel aligned with any of our products, email us with a return request within 14 days from date of receipt and we will refund in store credits.
The item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags are attached.
What happens when I did not receive my order/ receive a wrong order?
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (7 days not including 3-5 working days processing) you can request a refund* or a re-shipment.
- If you receive the wrong item or a defect item, you can request a refund or a re-shipment.
You are not allowed for returns if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, you did not collect the parcel within the requested time)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Panteth Singapore Pte Ltd (i.e. not cleared by any customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
